Many of our products are created just for you; this requires additional time to make sure everything is exactly the way you want! We take great pride in shipping orders as fast as possible. If you have any special requests or deadlines please email email@example.com and reference your order number, and we will do our best to help.
For domestic orders we have 5 shipping options. Orders leave our warehouse in Connecticut within 1-3 business days (depending on products ordered and shipping method chosen). Each shipping method will tell you the date or date range when your product will arrive. We ship every order to arrive within that window, but cannot control delays by UPS or USPS due to lost packages or weather related delays. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your package. If you have an issue with your package please reach out to customer service and we will do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time and exactly as you ordered it.
We currently ship to US and Canadian addresses. Shipping time is the amount of time it will take a package to be shipped from our warehouse to your shipping address once the order has finished processing. This varies by location and by shipping option. Shipping methods are available at the time of checkout are based on the delivery address, as well as, the weight and dimensions of the products ordered. We ship using USPS to Canadian addresses.
