   Sometimes it’s hard to find the time or energy to eat all your fruit and vegetable servings in a day. Try this healthy and easy smoothie recipe to get all the vitamins you need. It’s great when you’re in a rush and need a quick bite or after a work out. The fruits and spinach provide all the fluids and protein you need to recover! The fruits provide loads of antioxidants and vitamin C, while the Spinach provides smoothieVitamin A and fiber.

   If you have a young athlete that is a picky eater this is a great way to sneak some vegetables in, the sweet juices will cover any flavor of the spinach.

All You Need Is:
– 1.5 cup Spinach
– 1 cup Orange Juice|
– 1 cup Blueberries
– .5 cup Strawberries
– .5 Blackberries
– .5 cup Vanilla Soy Milk
*Add a large spoon full of low fat vanilla Greek yogurt for added creaminess and flavor!

Throw it all in a blender and mix until smooth! Then Enjoy!
