Orders begin processing immediately, there is a short window in canceling or changing an order. We will make every effort to accommodate changes to or cancellations of orders that have not yet processed; however, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it begins processing.
If less than 30 mins has passed since submitting your order you may either:
Check your order status and cancel it on the my account page. Click this link to go to the my account page. Scroll down to the Check An Order section and enter in Order Number, Email and Billing Zip. Then click the cancel button in the top right of the page.
Call customer service at or (203) 840-1860 M-F 8am-5pm ET (except holidays) and we can try our best to catch and cancel the order, but if it has began processing we may not be able to stop it
